- Repayment period dependent on the farming type, up to a maximum of 1 year
- Interest Rate of 1.04% per month on reducing balance
- Must have contributed deposits for 6 months
- Fully insured products/produce through Kimisitu Insurance Agency
- Loan application fees of 1%
- Security - money paid directly to Kimisitu Holding Account
- Farming contract from a credible institution
- Disbursement - In tranches upon certification reports from the contracting firm
