Fire material damage insurance provides indemnity for loss of and/or damage to buildings and contents resulting from one or a combination of the following causes: Fire, Lightning, Explosion, Social perils, Chemical perils, Natural perils, and Miscellaneous perils. This product is for Commercial properties such as Office premises, factories, and schools. It covers the building, gates, and fences all in the same premises.
Premium rate is 0.125% of the value of the property and the minimum premium is Kes 2,500/=
Earthquake Excess: 2% of sum insured, maximum Kes 5,000/= per location
