Margaret Wanjiru is a financial management specialist with over 18 years’ cumulative experience managing international NGO projects at country and regional levels.
Currently serving as the Country Finance Manager for PATH; managing funds from various donors and philanthropic foundations including USAID, CDC, UNICEF, DFID, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hewlett Packard, Ford Foundation and Hilton Foundation.
Additionally, ensures compliance with operational, procurement and human resource policies. Margaret holds a Master of Business Administration-Finance, is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of ICPAK. She has been with PATH for the last 17 years and has been the Chair of the PATH Staff Retirement Benefit Scheme. She holds other qualifications as Trustee Development program- HUMBER Canada & College of Insurance, Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro1), APM Group & KAIZEN– Operations efficiency.
