Doreen Othieno, a seasoned human resource professional with nine years’ experience in human resources management, has worked with various sectors including financial services, educational institution, and Multinationals in different capacities to develop and implement human resource strategies and policies.
Over the years of her experience, she has demonstrated competence and mastery in recruitment and talent acquisition, performance management, management of HRIS, payroll and benefits administration among other human resources responsibilities.
Doreen holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resource Management from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, and a Diploma in Business Management from Kenya Institute of Management.
